CATALOUNGE Vs Me

....Not much added here....basic overdub, though the vocal was at 3/4 speed and run through a pitch bender....oh the lengths we must go...hence slight robot effect. A little reverb and a bit of EQ.
Into the biological mixer for 25 minutes at 45rpm and there we go.
Not really for general bandamp consumption....more like a taster for Catalounge.
Perhaps some words of their own in this kind of style, rythmn...could sound funky..peace...

Fallen Angel

Its around this time of year i start to pack all my little friends bags and march them off to their respective family's out in the community, also giving me a well earned rest and chance to do a bit musically without having to constantly worry whats going on elsewhere in the lab. Still, i will miss them and am allways close at hand should any one of them need a little more pocket money or just to say hello.
Ive been hiding my Minipops drum machine from all at the lab for some time now....my own secret stash so as to speak....takes me back to to my earliest wonder of it all.......so with a whiff of nostalgia and as simple as it probably gets.......Fallen Angel.......
Indeed, a lot to be done before it could be called 'polished' but ive never had a problem there....i save polishing for rainy days.
  hope you enjoy the atmosphere...........

GRAND MASTER MOUSE

There are those that might think im starting to get left behind in the shadow of such luminous talent...may i remind all....members of this community and mice especially, that theyre not living in the eutopic dream land of Tom and Jerry, and if, by some questionable chance, next doors cat managed to find its way into the lab...perish the thought...there aint gonna be no big, droopy jawed bulldog to come to their rescue....only me. So...........
where were we? Ah yes......Only joking guys.....you dont have to worry about that cat....ive bought you all kevlar suits....Enough Enough Enough...hehehe.
Well well.....what can i say...? They've done it again, and theres no 'Whoops' about it....since geneticaly enhancing you im proud to be in awe of you, my little friends. Top Banana.

HAHAHAHA

Laboratory mice were responsible for this little chugger, allthough after my initial annoyance that they have been up to no good playing with my toys, after i had calmed down a little, i was reasonably impressed with their product.....well done.

MICE-T Vs LOCAL PARK

Well well well, just look what you have gone and done....If your going to label, segregate and make the expresion of an individuals creativity an action that makes he or she feel uncomfortable within the ethos of a society based on upon an open mind, acceptance and respect regardless of culture and preference.......your going to end up with a problem.....oh yes you are.....
This track was created and produced in my Lab by the Mice as a direct result of a recent, almost facist minded like comments posted on this site.
My only input was after all sixteen of them had finished and gone to bed, was to pick all the little poo's up they so kindly left trapped in the felt bits on my faders.....not that it was a problem guys....anytime...
I hope now, after listening to this Gift my mice have given you all, we can let the spoken of differences be issue no longer.
For now, just sit back and listen and regadless of taste just keep reminding your selves...." bloody hell...a bunch of mice did this?".
That alone has got to be worth your vote.........Peace my good friends.

P.s....the mice wanted me to say a special "YO"...to The Shadow Man....you know who you are, and Blakatz....the mice dedicate this one to you.

The mice and myself thought that this one worked a little better....a bit tighter...thankyou very much for all your kind words...its nice to know were all a little more broadminded about these things and that construction is the key to all creation......
.....a pedastal for each and everyone this concerns...i salute you...anyway, any comments as to this mixs compatibility track wise, the lab animals would be trully gratefull.......but for know lets just step back in time..........

Me and Her

This is me, tinkling the ivorys and doing everything else apart from singing. That is down to the most wonderful Imogen Heep.....even the lab anials are in awe at this time....handy for giving them their vitamin shots, i can tell you.
The vocal appears after a fourth bouncing of tracks...Why? Because i have strange habits...and it keeps things simple. I dont worry much about mistakes....everyone makes them, so why be ashamed...
..Hello to everyone....From all at the lab.....weve missed you.............
          ...............nice to be back.

......Something for the festive season, some beautiful harmony's going on here....unusal mixture but isnt that always the way here at the Lab. A little distorted at the begining, but thats on the original vocal....it shouldnt put you off though......enjoy.
